Do obowiązków Oferenta, który wygra przetarg będzie należało:

- remont cząstkowy nawierzchni tłuczniowych przy użyciu kruszywa łamanego,
- wykonanie korytowania, podsypki piaskowej i podbudowy tłuczniowej
- udrażnianie rowów wraz z wywozem, pogłębianiu rowów z profilowaniem skarp z wywozem,
- kopanie rowów odwadniających, udrażnianie i czyszczenie przepustów rurowych,
- profilowanie dróg równiarką drogową, koszenie poboczy lub opryskiwania,
- transport szlaki i innych materiałów sypkich.
